My journey with yoga began in 2011, and since that first class, I have been completely captivated. Yoga has an incredible way of bringing me closer to my breath and centering my mind, helping me find balance in both body and spirit. I truly believe that our body is the only place we have to live in, and it deserves our utmost care and respect.
